Can I use heat styling tools on the Sassy Trends human hair extensions?
Yes. Just like your natural hair, Sassy Trends human hair extensions can be blow-dried, curled, and straightened.
How many bundles should I purchase?
We recommend 2–3 bundles for a natural look and feel. For more volume, 3–4 bundles. For curly wave patterns or longer lengths, 4 bundles are ideal. In general, you’ll need 2–4 bundles.
Can you wet your hair extensions?
Yes.
What is the longest length you carry?

How long does shipping take?
3–5 business days.
Do you offer express shipping?
No. Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping at this time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on all bundles that have not been tampered with or worn. Please read our full return and exchange policy.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A second email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Yes, our extensions are 100% virgin unprocessed human hair and ethically sourced.

With proper care and maintenance, our 100% human hair extensions can last several years.
Can I dye the hair extensions?
Yes. Our extensions are dye-friendly and can be dyed or toned by a professional colorist to match your natural hair.

What length should I purchase?
The ideal length depends on your current hair length, style goals, and height. For example, 20" extensions may appear shorter on taller individuals.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
